Öz

Dijital dönüşümün perakende sektöründeki yansıması olan akıllı perakende teknolojileri (SRT), fiziksel ve dijital dünyaları bütünleştirerek geleneksel alışveriş deneyimini kökten değiştirmektedir. Ancak, bu hızlı pratik dönüşüme ve yüksek potansiyele rağmen, akıllı perakendeciliğin teorik altyapısını, değişkenler arası etkileşimlerini ve tüketici üzerindeki yansımalarını bütüncül bir yaklaşımla ele alan akademik çalışmaların henüz oldukça sınırlı sayıda kaldığı görülmektedir. Bu eksiklikten hareketle mevcut çalışma; akıllı perakendeciliğin çok katmanlı yapısını çözümlemek amacıyla dört temel boyut üzerine inşa edilmiş bütüncül bir kavramsal model önerisi ile birlikte 30 hipotez sunmaktadır. Geliştirilen modelde; 'Teknolojik Bariyerler ve Psikolojik Boyut' değişkenleri SRT kullanımının önündeki bilişsel engelleri tanımlarken, 'Motivasyonel ve Bireysel Faktörler' teknolojik bariyerlerin olumsuz etkilerini hafifleten düzenleyici mekanizmalar olarak modele dahil edilmiştir. Yeni nesil deneyim alanları ve marka değerinde ise metaverse entegrasyonu ile oyunlaştırma stratejileri ele alınırken, etik ve sürdürülebilir boyut ise yeşil pazarlama teknolojileri ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Önerilen bu kavramsal model ve geliştirilen örnek hipotezler; gelecekte gerçekleştirilecek ampirik araştırmalar ve disiplinler arası çalışmalar için yapılandırılmış bir teorik çerçeve sunmaktadır. Çalışma, akademik katkısının yanı sıra, uygulayıcılar ve pazarlama yöneticileri için de stratejik bir rehber niteliği taşımaktadır.
