Abstract

This research aims to create a model in order to best determine the causes and types of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the tourism industry. The model, which was prepared based on previous studies, was built on the framework of unsafe behavior and unsafe environment. Thanks to the model, which is planned to be a guide for OSH studies to be carried out on employees in various fields of the tourism industry, on the one hand, it will be possible to distinguish more accurately and reveal the causes of work accidents and occupational diseases, on the other hand, whether the measures to be taken will be aimed at correcting the employee's behavior or regulating the working environment can be determined.
