Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, turist memnuniyeti ile turistlerin destinasyonu tekrar ziyaret etme veya tavsiye etme olasılığı arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Çalışmada nicel yöntem tercih edilmiş ve veriler anket yoluyla toplanmıştır. Kolayda örnekleme tercih edilmiş, örneklem grubu Şanlıurfa'yı ziyaret eden 321 yerli turistten oluşturulmuştur. Veriler faktör analizi ve korelasyon testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, turist memnuniyetini etkileyen ana faktörlerin yerel ulaşım hizmetleri, konaklama kalitesi, yiyecek ve içecek hizmetleri ve kültürel cazibe merkezleri olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Çalışmada turistlerin Şanlıurfa'nın kültürel ve tarihi cazibe merkezlerinden oldukça memnun oldukları ve bunun genel deneyimlerini geliştirmede önemli bir rol oynadığı bulumuştur.. Ancak, bu alanlardaki memnuniyeti düşüren ulaşım hizmetleri ve hijyen konusunda dikkate değer endişeler vardır. Çalışma genel memnuniyet ile turistlerin destinasyonu tekrar ziyaret etme veya tavsiye etme olasılığı arasında olumlu bir bağlantı olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu, kültürel cazibe merkezlerinin turistler için büyük bir çekim merkezi olmasına rağmen, ulaşım ve temizlik gibi pratik yönlerin ele alınmasının turist sadakatini artırmak ve tekrar ziyaretleri veya tavsiyeleri teşvik etmek için çok önemli olduğunu göstermektedir. Genel olarak, kültürel deneyimler ile temel hizmetler arasındaki denge, olumlu bir turist deneyimi teşvik etmek için esastır.
